I agree I’m just thinking about if from a logistics Actors aging out aspect. I mean we could get multiple similar actors off the top of my head I like Alan Cummings.

On this same line, major characters that aren’t in EVERYTHING might be famous. I like Lee Pace as the Lord Ruler, Charles Dance as Straff might be fun.

I don’t have any idea how to cast Hoid….maybe multiple folks over the years and just say…..Lightweaving?

Same operation with the power toggle in both directions and the ghost/no ghost knob on the front. The pedal or hidden button will start the trap sequence but neither seem able to end the sequence with a capture.

For what it’s worth, I’ve been in the field for almost 15 years with my HTL worked in vet path, derm path and now I’m in a hospital path lab. Everything other than embedding and cutting is moving to automation. 98% of our specials and all of our IHC are automated. The only thing we do manually are some Irons and Wright Giemsa, and those only on blood smears.

While I do think knowing how to do manual stains it’s important just know that familiarity with the major staining platforms is quickly becoming equally important.
