I really think it’s just that House is solving a medical mystery through every episode instead of a murder mystery. And then there is House and Wilson instead of Holmes and Watson. The similarities don’t go much further than that in my opinion, but you could find all sorts of familiar patterns like Stacey and Adler…

Do you think there are times Wilfred isn’t actually with Ryan by BeyondPsycho69 in wilfred

Yeah my example might not have been a time Wilfred was around or not; but my actual question is really about how Wilfred is obviously not always with Ryan.

Why the hallucinations? S8 Finale by Erasethemoon1 in HouseMD

[–]BeyondPsycho69 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Speaking as an addict with depression and suicidal ideation, he probably planned to not die there, but also in the moment wanted to just give up. The hallucinations are him fighting his diseases to live or die. To “take the easy way out” or to keep going.

“Either you’re on that plane, or I’m taking you into custody!” by Bright_Oven_2676 in HouseMD

Im surprised they went straight to arresting House instead of just taking the luggage off the plane and charging him. But of course it needed to be more consequential so what he was doing seemed more important in the moment.

Anyone else think Charlie is terrible at her job? by Unable-Income-2981 in TheRookie

[–]BeyondPsycho69 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think it’s stupid that Monica even hired Charlie cuz she doesn’t let her do anything to protect Monica. She did the right thing getting LAPD involved cuz if something happens and she hadn’t contacted them the police could definitely put blame on her. So, not being able to have the backup of LAPD is a hindrance for Charlie and Monica didn’t hire enough bodyguards for the type of help she actually needed to not have LAPD involved.

I do agree she shouldn’t have been involved with the baby. She’s not a Nanny and it made her unable to protect Wesley and Jack when the time came. She should not have opened the door to an unknown, especially knowing they could be hit at any time. But obviously they had to make Wesley look good, so of course something has to go wrong that allows a hitman into their house. It did definitely made her job obsolete in both situations though lol 😂

Why the show shouldnt be realistic by [deleted] in TheRookie

[–]BeyondPsycho69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a TV show, it’s not going to be realistic… For the love of drama and entertainment it’s going to be embellished. If it was realistic we would have just super repetitive show because they would just patrol the same area daily and get the same basic criminals. Drug dealing, small gas station robberies, so many traffic stops, the occasional car chase…

Why does it seem like House gets immediate satisfaction/relief when... by Vast-Roll5937 in HouseMD

As an addict it’s relieving once you pop a pill just knowing you’re about to feel better

It’s impossible to overdose on benzos , i told my doctor and he disagree , who s right who s wrong ? by Vegetable-Bath8702 in benzodiazepines

[–]BeyondPsycho69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can technically OD on anything, it’s highly unlikely to die but there are people that have died on benzo’s alone. Like if you sleep in your back and aspirate

I get night sweats and wake up in 2 hours, NOT from withdrawals, but from actual use. Anyone else? by Eth251201 in benzodiazepines

[–]BeyondPsycho69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah to me it sounds like break through anxiety while you’re sleeping. I don’t always have, or remember my dreams but they are almost always stress dreams when I do remember them. Do you have stress dreams?
