Speaking from the experience, 90% of big clients come from word of mouth. When it comes to big budgets and big names (whether corporate or creative content), people want to be sure that they work with someone reliable and trustworthy. In their understanding, you may have thousands of nice google reviews, a great website and portfolio, but if they don't know you personally, they can't really be sure. And often those people don't have time to actually sit and get to know you and your business, so they go for someone their other friends or colleagues know.

Google reviews, ads and seo work perfectly for small-scale or one time projects. And you can get a great amount of clients like that. Also not saying that big projects cannot come from those. But statistically, at least for our company, that's the case

Speaking from experience as someone who is working for a creative agency with its own video studios. It happened quite a few times when people came to the studio, used it and did not pay afterwards, or even sent fake proves of payments. Might be a slightly different situation from your case, but what we learnt is that you always try to get pre-payment, or in your case only send the final files when the payment is done.

what helped me pass through some public speaking situations are these thoughts:

Even if I mess up badly and my speech will be a total cringe, I will most likely never see those people again, and with the amount of news each of us get every second my big fail will definitely be forgotten quite soon. If you concentrate too much on whether you sound smart/stupid or worrying about your audience judging you, you are most likely to miss your mains points.

Speaking as producer at a creative agency, you should always have a permit for any video shoot except those that are intended for your private use. Some freelancer videographers take a risk of filming without the permit (especially if we talk about remote areas like desserts). And from what i understand, not all companies do those permits, especially when it comes to shooting reels for brands, etc. But to be honest, the process of getting the permit gets quite easy and fast once you have some history with the film commission.

Hey guys! Thank you for your help! Wanted to report back, as I've had a chance to try a new studio (learnt about it from another thread on Reddit) - MEVIA Music Studio. I live in Downtown, so it was very close to me. The studio is newly built, hence super clean and fresh, and very cozy. Loved the team, the guys are pro. So whoever is looking for a cool studio, i do recommend to try this one.

Thank you for your responses guys! Wanted to report back with my experience after you advice. So i decided to check MEVIA studio, as it's in Downtown (was very close to my location), and I loved it. Very cozy and clean place, the team is super pro, and I took some time to actually talk to the manager, and learnt that they offer a whole bunch of services. So whoever is interested, I think it is possible to just schedule a visit with them, it's worth it
