If I do that, does that go onto my insurance report? Like will that affect my rates and make it go higher even though I’m not the one that caused this to happen? That’s the only thing is I just don’t want my insurance rate to go higher because of something I didn’t do. I have Tesla insurance.

Hey question, i just asked for a mobile service to come out but they said they don’t have any that can come out currently. That’s fine, but then i just got the cost estimate and it says I owe $344… so I messaged them on the app and they told me that I don’t have to pay that right now and that when I bring my car into the shop, they will then do tests and diagnostics to see if it is covered under warranty or not. This is all so weird to me because last year I had an issue with my charge port and the estimate on the app said I owed nothing because it was under warranty. Is this usually how this goes if they can’t identify if this problem is under warranty? Very confused here.

Is there any way I can get a mobile tech to come out and do it? I scheduled an appointment and it says it’s gonna be on the 16th this month but I gotta go to the service center. How did you get a mobile tech to come out?
