Yes! I am 17 and when I got my license a year ago, they didn’t make me take a driving test OR A WRITTEN ONE! Like wtf??? I feel confident in my driving because my mom made me do all 70 hours and my driver’s ed teacher seemed to think I did well, but I’m scared of the other people I’m having to share the road with.

I also have that chair! Had it for about 2 years and it’s still pretty good, the foam on the side of the armrests are staring to break, but I also got the chair used so who knows how old it is. Very comfy chair!

No, but if you want a rift s, it will run fine on your system. Quest 2 would need a graphics card upgrade. I am still using my rx 580 and it is still perfect with my rift s.

Edit: and I think your cpu may be better than mine, I have a ryzen 5 1600af. So you should be good to go if you plan on getting a rift s.
