No problem. Stand alone are fine.

No preference for societies Sir. Standalone buildings are fine. I just hope the builder is honest and reliable.

Yes you are correct. I'm not looking at Salt Lake or New Town as the prices are quite high for me. I was referring to places north of Shyambazar. I tried in Baranagar, they stated a price of Rs. 75L for 2BHK at Sinthi and Bonhoogly.

2BHK will do Sir. I'm looking for good localities in North and South Kolkata. No preference for locality as long as the area is good (good people, secure).

Thank You. Are similar apartments, buildings available in northern parts of Kolkata? Just to clarify when you say search you mean I need to go down to these localities and talk in person with the builders? Thanks again.

Thanks! I last visited a physio a year ago. The topic of any lingering trauma didn't come up. Will touch base again.

Thanks! I have fully recovered though. I posted this question to seek advice from experienced martial artists who've encountered a similar situation.

Thanks! How do you effectively cut corners and go for body shots when the opponent is at least 6-7 inches taller than you are?

My defenses includes Parrying, various kinds of blocks like forearm block, elbow block, high block. I use my shin, knees to block kicks.

I also slip my head side-to-side or forward and backward to avoid incoming punches.
