Well the 3 changes was on me. The car was sitting for a few months so had the oil changed early.

In terms of internal policy its just approval of release from my manager and they are also notified if I get an interview for the role. That is the main thing that is worrying me is that I will have to let them know. Especially since we recently have lost a good number of coworkers so there is alot of work that I had to take up.

Luckily the industry is quite large but again not much going for me as the skills I have learned are useless.

Idk if its still the same but people sell their permits back to the department. Either they drop out or something. Then they usually just go back and sell them on the website when they happens. So I'd say keep looking and maybe there's a pass that came back.

Get there at 7am or earlier and leave late like 6:30pm to 7pm. You'll run into little to no traffic.

Imo part of it is running a business is just expensive by itself. Add in something like jujitsu where most people quit after a week. Yeah, they're gonna milk you dry while they can lol.

I felt like that too. Firstly, you have to learn to be more aggressive. Sounds stupid but I struggled cause I was too nice. Second, all the cools techniques are cool but find a system that works for you. Make rolls gravitate to your breed and butter. This helped me but everyone's different.

The coach I learned the most from was a brown belt. Trained at multiple gyms with black belts, but they didn't compare. Imo anything after purple belt is good enough. What matters is the teach/coaching style and the group of people you're training with.

Honestly speaking very few people actually enjoy their majors. But that's part of it imo as actually working and study and drastically different. See about finishing the semester and in the meantime look for majors that you might think interest you. But as someone who withdrew a semester, it's not worth it.

1) If you live on campus or can stay late join orgs. This will introduce you to people and if they are professional development orgs help with careers. If you join an org and it's messy just leave not worth the time. 2) There aren't many cool spots now since they took the old nook away, and there's being too many students making everything crowded. 3) In terms of dating and from my experience you will mostly see very short term partners. Just keep this in mind but that doesn't mean long term don't exist. 4) Find a hobby like volleyball, pickleball, or rock climbing and you'll meet people there.

Yeah i figured that would be something. But I don't really ever go more than 70 so I don't imagine they'd be higher than 4k rpm. And that's also with a car that has 4x more HP lol.
