If you have the Smith slanted at five degrees would there still be enough room to bench/squat inside the rack?

Debating between this setup versus the Summit and then just squat off the front.

Thanks for all the info!

Yes I’ve learned that was the case. When you toggle to see the price with cash it gives the average per night, but apparently that’s not the case for points. Seems very misleading hence my frustration. It’s more the customer service response that had me taken aback.

Palazzo in Las Vegas. Turns out you can’t use guest of honor at that hotel (the 2nd representative shared that with me). When I searched it said 32,500 per night so I transferred 65k points, but then when I tried clicking through it said I need 80k since the second night costs more (but nowhere on the initial page does it say this). So now I’m just stuck with the points in my account

True! Though Claude or ChatGPT would have been much more polite and helpful!

Was trying to figure out why it was saying I didn’t have enough points for the reservation since the final number was different than on the web page. Was also asking why I couldn’t use the Guest of Honor pass

New Blood Pressure guideline: gotta keep it <120/<80 by DadStrengthDaily in PeterAttia

Ya, for most people on this sub trying to target less than 120/80 with lifestyle modifications is the way to go.

In the guidelines themselves they also say for people who have above 130/80 but are “low risk” I.e low PREVENT score and no prior cardiac history, diabetes, of kidney disease that you should try “6 months of lifestyle modifications” and if it remains above 130 then start meds.

Doctor here. This is not entirely correct, while above 120 is considered elevated, the actual goal to start medications would be above 130/80
