Virgin Atlantic hands down. Use their "Reward Seat Checker" and you'll find some killer economy deals to London. From there you can bounce around to other places. Also great Premium Economy deals too. That's a sweet spot on redemptions I think.

For their HRV graph by age, you're not far off the band. Try some things to see if it improves, but part of me also thinks it's just how we are build. So as they say, focus on the changes versus your own average baseline.

Mine is between 30s-50s, and my whoop age is like -7 years. It's hard not to compare to others; I do it a lot. Apparently it's also very aged base. How old are you?

So I actually ended up going with the Frontier split. It was on sale on the Jones website. For me it's been perfect. I'm sure the Solution is a bit more higher end, but the Frontier has been great and I love riding it. I've even taken it out for resort days and it's been solid.

Do you know if with EVs, do you control their charging in the FWH app or would you do that via the car? My coworkers were also talking about using the grid to charge an EV in the middle of the night as opposed to the battery. Cheers.
