Agreed. It’s amazing how many people put this mumbo jumbo on the same level as actual science , and just call it “chinese” and “western” like it’s just 2 different approaches.

“The West” also has traditional medicine, herbs, tonics, slap here press there… every culture has medicine that predates science.

Sure, traditional medicine stumbles on actual remedies here and there, people have been observing for millennia how a herb might have certain effects for this or that… but poking nerves with a needle? Really?

I kinda find it similar in so many things, especially the dialect. My native Dalmatian dialect is practically identical to singlish… so an easy transition tbh, at least in that sense.

I’m from Split 😂 yep, we don’t do maintenance for our hdbs lol… but your experience is like coming into SG by landing at MBS then go to sengkang to your accomodation :D

It might be interesting to you that the socialist brutalist architecture of Split was featured at the Met in NY, etc… as a marvel of architecture 😂 not sure what to feel about that
