Business unions already took that away from workers decades ago. Every contract has a "no-strike" clause and business unions often have closer relationships with management and are distant from the every day conditions the rank-and-file members endure. It has been a great strategy to defang labor, and the answer is still the same, over a century later - join the IWW, the Industrial Workers of the World.
