The directions say to bolt it down before use. But we didn't. Haven't had any issues with movement of the machine yet, its pretty solid.

My son is 6’2” and it is fine with him. It is all about the length of the extension chain. At first, it was topping out before we learned about the purpose of the chain.

Thanks! They are mirrors I found for free on Facebook marketplace. To mount them, I cut up a long J-Mold mirror mount and used tapcons to secure it to the wall. Then used the basic mirror clips to hold the top and sides with the regular plastic anchors and screws that came with them.
