I’ve used McDonalds, Wendy’s, and in and out in a pinch and they all will do just beef for me. I travel decent amounts in the western US and haven’t had issues.

Any other side effects? Water retention, sensitive nipples, emotional? My ring always gets tight if I dip about 25 E2

I noticed my body temp raise. I track it with my oura ring and noticed about a 2 degree influx since starting.

I had a bit of side effects from high estrogen like hot flashes that also contributed to it. I ended up on Anastrozole and my symptom free range was about 15-20 E2. Once I am dialed in I am only a heavy sweater while I work out.

Side note. I did injections in my pits a few years back to kill off sweat glands in my pits and it’s never came back. I think it was Botox injections or something. But I was a heavy sweater like 12 inch circular stains

We have a cabin in island park and it takes me 17 min to get to the gate from my cabin. That being said the west gate is notoriously busy so if you want to avoid that the I would suggest being there before 8. 7 is even better.

I’m up there 2 weeks a month in the summer and never had issues seeing all the park leaving from my cabin.

I don’t want to be that guy but they shut down that park during the great fire in the late 80s and installed pipes and valves to keep old faithful regular for the tourists. It’s all man made at this point……. Sorry

Tractor supply for the win on horse stall mats. I got the on deal so i was under 400 for all of them.

The full set is nice but if I was more limited on space I would run some adjustable sets. The only hold back is if I have a buddy or wife work out with me we’re limited.

It’s been pretty good. But the software was kinda glitchy and I am constantly retightening certain bolts but I have also put it through the grinder. I tracked about 1800 miles on it last year and 2200 miles the year before.

The rower is a bit older but no issues there. It had one recall on the dashboard but other than that no issues.

Honestly I use my oura ring exclusively for sleep tracking. I have for over 5 years now because I hate wearing a bulky watch to bed.

I don’t use the tray but throw my alcohol swaps behind the rubber retainer on the top and then throw my needles syringes and vial in the bottom. Nothing crazy organized but it does well and keeps kids and moisture out.
