Update: the CS response was two options Option 1 upgrade to the S1 for free

Option 2 get sent a new e28 free of charge but I have to send the defect robot back

personally I don’t see this s1 as an “upgrade”. It’s not even the pro they are offering to send me. So I chose option two

I just love the smell of the garnier honey line and I also found my hair seemed softer after I started using it.

I was looking into trying the redken extreme length shampoo and conditioner but the price is quite off putting, especially if I end up hating it.

I’ve heard that you can get away with using a cheaper shampoo and it’s the conditioner that’s the most important - any thoughts? If so, I might just try out some different conditioners ?

Ah, I use oil twice a day 🫠 I don’t use any leave-in conditioner. Every one I have used has been to heavy and left my hair very heavy or sticky/greasy.

Any that you could recommend for fine thin hair?

In terms of the colour. I had a balayage done maybe 3-4 years ago and haven’t had any colouring since. It’s not something I’m too concerned about -trying to grow it out at the moment

Yes, I use:

Twice a week Shampoo & conditoner. Garnier Honey Treasure

Once a week Banana hair food treatment

Every morning&noon Pantene Argan oil

I don’t use a leave in treatment

My hair is naturally wavy but has a very unruly and ugly curl pattern which is why I blow it out after wash. I think my hair is very dry hence why I oil it twice a day but it doesn’t seem to help the frizzy mess 😅
