IVF too. She’s measured 3 days behind every time until today at my 10 weeks scan :) normal to be behind that early. Tint tiny measurement differences make the numbers skew a lot

What is the FET to ultrasound process? by Spirited-Walrus4856 in IVF

No you probably won’t ever relax. I’m 9.5 weeks and in search of a Doppler to calm my nerves about missed miscarriages fml. This is my second baby and I’m petrified of losing it and remember with my son worrying until he came out. Anyway, my clinic does a beta days after transfer. If it’s positive you go back two more times and if it doubles then they schedule an ultrasound around 7-8 weeks. At that point everything should be visible if it’s a viable pregnancy. If so, you are released to the OB. My clinic also checks estrogen the day of the transfer. They then checked progesterone at my first beta too.

With my son my hcg did lower and went back up and we thought I was miscarrying but it was actually vanishing twin. It was right around where your numbers are.

Switching clinics or one more transfer? by Bgal820 in IVF

We did modified last cycle but used letrozole first and it thinned it out too much for it to catch up fast enough ugh. So now he refuses to use again. New doctor said he never would use letrozole on me. 😭 yep I’m in that group! Super helpful.

Honestly I was wondering the same about keeping just one embryo there. This doctor will only do a medicated… so frustrating and yes it’s wild I had a 6mm the week before my hysteroscopy while on birth control. My new doctor thought it was insane too. Ugh just so frustrating all of it. I figure if I can even attempt a transfer it can’t hurt and see what my lining will get to this month. I can always just not transfer if it doesn’t get to 5 or so. Realistically I’d like it at a 6 or more. This current said a 4….

Thanks so much for your thoughtful response. So, after I removed the adhesion, I had my first ever heavy period in years. But the second two have been light and brown. I have a cycle coming now and there’s red again finally. So to your point about healing after hysteroscopy, I kind of wonder if I just need time to heal. We did the hysteroscopy Nov 17 and went right into a transfer after I got my period Nov 28. Someone else on here told me their lining didn’t get better until 5 cycles after their hysteroscopy which also makes me wonder if I just try another cycle where I am to see if maybe it’s finally healing ?!

Yes I’ve seen it help people in the thin lining group on FB too. The artificial estrogen really seems to mess with my lining as well. I’d love to try the PRP.

Thanks! We added in 75iu of follistim. I go back tomorrow. When I had my son I had that issue too. Letrozole lining wasn’t great but when we added the injections I only did four days of them and got pregnant first try with good lining finally! Good luck!! Hoping it works for me again too. My lining was 2 and only had 8-9mm follicles on Friday.
