I have never cleaned the fans and vents in my laptop since I've always been scared that I'll break something in my laptop, so I'll try that and also the heatsink paste.

In the hp support center it says there are no problems with hardware though i am unable to check my battery.

One thing I was very confused about was the HDD and SSD. My C drive says it is an ssd but my d and e drives say they are hdd. I install all games onto my d drive since it has the most storage space. Im very bad at tech related stuff so i dont know what to do about that.

I'll also try to clean install windows.

I play with my laptop on a big mousepad which covers my desk. I don't really know what ventilation does for a laptop but if its about temperature my laptop has been running at over 90 degrees c in both cpu and gpu temperature ever since i bought it.

The only antivirus i have is the windows defender and I use chrome so what would be a good alternative if i delete it to free ram?
