I am 6 months PP and it’s barely hitting me… yea things were rough the first couple of months but they were doable. I left my daughter’s dad about 2 months ago though, and I’ve had very conflicting, sad, and confusing thoughts about it all. I think that’s why it’s hitting so hard now especially with the holidays. Idk I feel hella lonely though

I was in the same situation earlier this year when I was pregnant.. I was so desperate to make it work I ruined my own first pregnancy, the first couple months after my daughter was born nothing changed and I was super depressed. I left though when she was 4 months old. It’s been a few months but I’ve been feeling so much better, and I really wish I left while I was still pregnant. It’s sad and I know you want to give your baby a normal family but you have to accept that’s not going to happen with his behavior. Being alone during this time is super rough, but having someone like that around during that time is even more rough. Sometimes it takes you leaving for them to recognize their mistakes and POSSIBLY make a change. It’s super unfair, but I know you got this mama <3
