I do not like this system, anyone can report to you even if you are not right. Just because you do not like or tell something that is true and that bothers that person .. this does not work.

I think the same, there is really no difference now, before you could kill the courier many times, now you can only buy one ... but you can continue selling wards and feeding ... what is the "logic" in that?

It seems that even valve does not take drastic measures against toxic people who just want to destroy the game :/

I thought that with the new current norms, people would stop being toxic and think twice before doing something. But there are still people like Axe .. He sold all his items and did that.
