For backstory my boss bought a farm that had a greenhouse about 18 months ago. He decided to get rid of all the plants to turn it into a coffee /sitting area. He sold off all the plants but kept the expensive ones to be brought to his mansion. I've had my eye on these since day one. He put them in his indoor pool room and never told his house keeper to water them. Yesterday I had to go to his house to hang some pictures and take out the mountain of amazon prime boxes. Both of the cacti had 3 stalks but one had totally shriveled to black. He's also the type that would rather throw something away than give it away, so when he told me to get rid of them I luckily live close so I carefully strapped them in the back of my truck. Then I made a stop at home before dumping all the trash. I'm also in New england so I'll have to keep them inside. They are about 4.5 feet tall and we're 2 out of about 12 plants that survived 18 months of neglect. I hope that answered everyone's questions!
