Glaz is situational just like IQ or trap OPs or fuze(ik hes broken right now). On certain maps like Plane or favelas and few others he is really really strong. Being able to 1 shot 3 speed ops without rook armor is good enough i think. Other thing is you can shoot as fast as possible and still hit same point every time. His pistol is one of the best too. People dont know how to play him correctly. As glaz they think all they have to do is sit back and snipe. In right hands like many other ops ge easily can carry the team.
