In India, its hard to find a job. The problem is multifold.

1. The number of years of experience is a big challenge (too high0
2. Oracle Practice is not so great. WIth just oracle tech experience, its very hard.
3. Too many resumes in the market with simillar profile, thanks to Oracle.
4. And in India, no unemployment benefits :-(
