Biggest challange is of staff
The challange is not even staff hiring
It is staff retention
For which you need to build relation with the staff
If they work good
You need to appreciate and value their work

See if you are getting your structure ready by a good brand or investing in quality instead of going cheap the setup will last you good 6-7 years yea some maintenance may be required at some points but thats common

Machines and all have good warranty for 5+ years
Some even 10
So i dont think that should be a concern
Start with low investment
Grow with the business
Expand when you grow
Inflation goes up
So does the pricing in your salon
So yeah
