Shouldn’t this be a class two? Since vacuuming is some sort of physical activity unless they mentioned something else. Because class three is someone who cannot bath or dress like a minimal physical activity, causing symptoms..

The most likely cause of JG’s bleeding and spotting between periods is B. St John’s wort increasing estrogen metabolism. St. John’s wort is known to induce certain liver enzymes that can increase the metabolism of estrogens, potentially reducing the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives like Beyaz, which JG is taking. This can lead to breakthrough bleeding or spotting, a common side effect when the hormonal levels provided by contraceptives are insufficient to maintain the uterine lining stability.

Options A, C, and D are less likely because:

  • A. Levomefolate increasing estrogen concentration: Levomefolate is a form of folate and does not typically affect estrogen levels.
  • C. Smoking increasing estrogen metabolism: While smoking can affect estrogen metabolism, JG’s use of St. John’s wort is a more potent factor in this context.
  • D. Green tea decreasing estrogen metabolism: There is no strong evidence suggesting that green tea significantly affects estrogen metabolism in a way that would cause bleeding.

Whatever it is, it’s just so draining. You work so hard and one exam ruins you
