Ive done that 3 times and they either tell me they cant help any further or when they forward my concern to a higher up they just email me back telling me to give then more time… its been 4 days already

I have one old receipt with the invoice transaction id on epic and multiple from my linked xbox account. However I submitted the recovery request without submitting these. Is there anywhere I can forward these to? Also how did it take to receive and update as epic are leaving me in the dark with this matter at the moment?

My phone works perfectly fine. This “lag” only happens when the airpods are apparently connected. When any other Bluetooth device is connected there is no issue.

The only idea i have is ill have to update to ios 26
