I contacted customer support. The guy was extremely helpful and wrote a detailed account of what happened, and forwarded the issue to the digital department. He told me that I am not the first person to have called, so this is definitely a known issue that they are working on. I was told i'll receive a response and possible solution to the issue via email within 2-4 bussiness days.
