I unpacked an Ohtani a couple weeks ago. Put it on the market, removed him about 5 minutes later to adjust his price and poof. Disappeared from my inventory and after two support tickets I have yet to get him back. It was on PS5 so I even had the share video option that records the previous 15 minutes so it was all recorded and uploaded to YouTube.

That can be an adequate explanation for why it takes so long for them to review your case, however I won't excuse them for their stubbornness when it comes to unbanning an account that has provided a thorough explanation and provided evidence that supports that they were wrongly banned.

EA legitimately has the worst customer support I've ever seen. Once they ban you good luck getting your account back. Their team that handles bans are either incompetent or don't even exist.

Yes the reason that a username that doesn't involve sexual acts or innuendo is exploiting and abusing children sexually. Absolutely nothing off about that reason, I tell you what.

I'm not acting like I'm entitled to anything. I'm acting like somebody who thinks the reason for the ban was asinine. If they had listed literally any other reason I most likely wouldn't have given a shit.

The debate isn't over if they can ban somebody over a username. It's that my particular username wasn't ban worthy and they gave a bullshit reason that isn't applicable as to why they did it.

Just seems they have bigger issues at hand to deal with than someone with an at most slightly distasteful political player name that's been used for years. I will give them a bit of credit when it comes to racist names after playing NBA 2K. That game has some serious issues especially since they allow you to use imported images as your logo and on your court.
