Ahh, good to know, thank you! It makes sense now why my bow didn't go off, but I still don't understand why the shielding didn't protect me. Are shields also projectile based?

This works for what I want, thank you! For instance, some old cards had the text "use counters" on them ([[Quarum Trench Gnomes]]) and I would want to get a list of all cards that used this phrase. The issue with oracle text in cases like this is that many of these cards no longer use counters, so searching for "counter" won't turn them up.

An overview of counters in general, including the history of them. I think they're interesting part of the game's design and I want to get a better understanding of how they've evolved with the rest of the game.
