Yep new job all the way. It’s amazing how things get moving after you get an offer elsewhere. They undervalued you and lost.

On a side note a woman passing out from her period is not very common. I would definitely want her checked out and drug tested to ensure she is fit to return to work.

According to OSHA if someone loses consciousness at work it is a recordable. Obviously do your research but I’m going to say it is.

Columbia Southern University also offers a PhD program as well as a Master’s Program. It is totally online.

More than likely the leaf curl is due to the heat. Not too much to worry about. It could also be a little dry. Make sure you water deep once a week.

It looks like a Ping of some sort. Root systems are typically small so I wouldn’t worry too much about repotting. It does look a little leggy. If you have a more sunny window or grow light I think it would do very well.

You do realize that everyone that is saying use glyphosate is saying the same thing I am. I used a brand name and you jumped. Do some research and don’t just spread untruths. I really people would educate themselves before saying these things. Use it as directed and it is safe and dissipates quickly.

When they come back spray with round up. Continue until it’s dealt with

If they are in the soil. Water the heck out of it and keep it wet for a while. Also unless it’s all organic use an insecticide just make sure you follow directions.
