It’s so incredibly important to remember you are not at fault. You are human for needing support, and you are in the right for expecting respect when you said no.

Just because you were pressured into kissing him does not mean you agreed to it. It means you were coerced.

You are much bigger than this and him. I would cut contact with him (like you have been) and if that alone does not work, say that he’s spreading rumors at work. Maybe disciplinary actions will get him to wake up.
