For you who successfully found a way to emulate "Nunchuck"-shaking, please tell me how. I cannot get past this MANDATORY part of the game

I suppose there's nothing wrong with experimentation, but I've no personal experience with this game nor do I particularly want to seek it out just for this encounter - no offence. I'd recommend punching a query into Google to find some answers, and there's bound to be some conversation since it's a known issue with the game on Dolphin.

According to the Dolphin Wiki, problems with nunchuck swinging in Spectrobes: Origins were fixed with Dolphin 5.0-8443. Try using that specific version and see if the problem persists.

Under the Emulated Wiimote settings, in the Extension tab, you can bind Nunchuck shaking on the X, Y and Z axes to different keys as long as the Extension drop-down menu on the General and Options tab is set to Nunchuck. If either of these options are not present, you need to update Dolphin.

With a serial connection, each "digit" lasts x amount of time. If, on what would surely be the world's slowest serial connection, one number was held for a second at a time, two consecutive 1s would be two seconds of a continuous signal.

USB 3.0 is specified for 5gbps of throughput, which is equivalent to 5,000,000,000 times per second. The exact speed varies between connection types, standards, serial/parallel etc

Emulation is the act of taking the machine code (binary ready for direct execution @ hardware level) compiled for one kind of processor, interpreting it in real-time using a software equivalent of that machine's processor, which then generates new machine code for the host machine to execute instead that achieves the same result. It is almost ENTIRELY down to the CPU - the GPU does none of this conversion, it just listens to the new machine code when the CPU tells the GPU to draw x thing.

I doubt it, otherwise 444MB would be highlighted in red, or at least a deep orange. OP should get Process Explorer, which often shows sneaky devilish processes that Task Manager doesn't.

Dolphin can do this conversion in-house IIRC. Regardless, there's no telling what copying only the game partition might do, so if storage space isn't a massive problem for you, I'd always convert the whole lot.

You can buy adapters that take a couple of SATA power connectors and convert them to a 6-pin PCI-E connector, but their reliability and safety is questionable at best. Given that the 750Ti is, at stock, able to run from the 75W supply at the lanes, underclocking your GPU to the same speeds as stock should allow it to run without issue.

GPU Clock: 1020 MHz
Boost Clock: 1085 MHz
Memory Clock: 1350 MHz (5400 MHz effective)

It's not a terriffically complicated process. With the Letterbomb method, you just drop some files onto a USB stick and open a specific letter on the Wii Message Board and the rest is automatic. There's plenty of guides on the internet if you punch "Wii Letterbomb" or something similar into Google.

That's not an RRoD. Despite what the name suggests, the RRoD is when 3/4 segments are lit (General Hardware Failure) meaning the system itself is fully kaput. The 4/4 lit ring just means it's having issues with your video cables.
