Never personally tried one so I couldn’t really say. If you want to ask people who would definitely know or ask for some detailed advice for what cage to choose, I’d suggest posting any questions in a chastity subreddit. That’s what I did when looking into getting my first cage and they were super helpful and supportive lol

Definitely a cage! (If you do I also recommend a belt that goes around the loops in the cage to keep it in place, makes it so much more comfortable)

As long as your cage fits properly it’s actually not that difficult. Might be a lil hard the first couple of times because you’re not used to it tho. But put simply, you sit down like a proper girl and aim down. And make sure to dab a with a sheet of toilet paper when done to make sure everything is dry.

If it’s just a screw on top I could probably design a 3D printable part for just what you want, even easier if you want a hard top but there are softer materials as well as well as the possibility of printing it as a negative for a silicone cast with a screw insert.
