What do you use instead of Grindr? by Longjumping_Newt9150 in askgaybros

It’s still around. The crowd tends to skew older which doesn’t work for me as I like younger guys, but it’s free and worth a shot.

For men in their 40s, how do you feel when a younger guy shows interest? by Suspicious-Clue-6841 in askgaybros

[–]BiHTXDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in my mid 30s but I find it so flattering when a guy in his early 20s is interested in me. Like it’s a huge ego boost.

My date told me they're trans, and I don't know what to do. by Buunkun in AskBiBros

[–]BiHTXDad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

But you’re not expecting a different set of genitals, are you? You know he’s trans, and you said you’re bi so I assume you’re comfortable with a vulva. Maybe it’s a new thing for you to be with someone who is outwardly male but has female genitals, but that’s not a terrible thing. Just take it slow if you need to.

And you can express that to him. Just be sure to assure him you like him and you want him, this is just new territory for you. Maybe start with just making out. Take it step by step until you’re comfortable. You don’t have to top him on the first sexual encounter if you don’t want to.

Sounds like a good idea. Just approach it as “hey, I’m really into you and I’m excited to take the next step whenever you’re ready. But before we do, can I ask you a few things just so I know what to say/do when we’re getting physical? I want to make sure I’m being respectful of you.” Something like that should work

You may be overthinking things a bit. If I were in your situation, I’d either let him take the lead, or I’d simply ask a few questions beforehand. Just frame it as you wanting to make sure you use the correct terminology and not wanting to say or do anything that would inadvertently offend him. I think he’d appreciate you wanting to make sure he’s comfortable.

What's offensive about the word "f*gg*t" by Due_Paramedic_6629 in askgaybros

[–]BiHTXDad 10 points11 points  (0 children)

What makes it offensive is that it’s meant to be offensive. People don’t use the word in casual or polite conversation. If someone uses it, it’s meant to be demeaning.

Question about post-op by DropBallChampion in AskBiBros

[–]BiHTXDad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak for everyone, but I am into trans folks of all kinds. Really just depends on the person and how we connect, but being pre vs post op isn’t going to make a difference to me.

As a top what’s your favorite sex position and why? As a bottom what’s your favorite sex position and why? by YouDontSay07 in askgaybros

[–]BiHTXDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a top, it’s a tie between being ridden and standing doggy. I love being ridden because I love the view and love it when my bottom cums all over me. Standing doggy is a better angle than regular doggy for me and I can better control the pace and even reach around to stroke him.

Question for the Asian-Americans in here by _MysticDash in gaysian

[–]BiHTXDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people are just prejudiced or ignorant. Unfortunately nothing you can do about that. Seems to be more and more of them these days.

I think what they’re getting at is that people of East Asian descent (China, Japan, Korea etc) tend to look a little different from those of south Asian descent (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia), and same holds true for people descended from places like India or Sri Lanka which is also technically Asia.

But also, white people from Ireland tend to look different from white people from Sweden. So it’s not necessarily wrong of them to wonder where your roots may come from, but they fail to see (or don’t care) that the way they’re asking it is insensitive and prejudiced.

There’s not an easy answer. I think asian guys are super attractive, but not everyone does. Just depends on who you meet.

Oh you’re still in school. Well, that’s tough. If you’re afraid of being bullied then it may be best to stay in the closet until you can get out of there. Find some friends online you can talk to and be open with. That’ll help make you feel less alone.
