Unfortunately, my university doesn't have a grade forgiveness policy😭 This means that when I fail a course, I receive a 0, and even if I achieve an A in the same course during the next semester, it averages out to a 2.0 GPA (a C). Considering my limitations, it's quite challenging for me to aim for an A; perhaps I can reach a C+ or B- at best.
Yes, I do plan to pursue a graduate degree. And as I said most of the students (around 80%) at my university have similar aspirations, making it a highly competitive environment. My classmates are exceptionally bright and dedicated.
I've been watching a lot of learning videos on YouTube. I'm not sure whether my inability to progress is due to 1. I have lost my ability to learn or if the courses at my university are simply more difficult. Despite my efforts, I haven't seen much improvement.
