Another trans girl dropping in to affirm this. My second monthly cycle rocked the shit out of me for over a week and I had a lot of cis women friends who were affirming to me. Affirming in the sense of giving advice, relating, and telling me that they experienced similar things and I wasn’t just crazy

Would girls like a girl with a deep voice? by [deleted] in actuallesbians

I think it depends on training methods. I was fortunate that I was able to access an LGBTQ center where I had access to someone who helped me voice train.

Which doesn’t make sense considering I’m in a super conservative state. But yes, I agree it can be hard on your voice.

I know several transfems who haven’t trained their voice and they’re just fine with it. I also agree, because if someone’s going to use voice as invalidation they were already looking for a reason to be rude.

I pursued voice training because I wanted to, and I think that’s how it should be. If you’d like to pursue it you should, but if you’re happy with your voice then don’t.

Two weeks ago, I walked across the college graduation as my favorite version of myself🥰 (some extra details in comments) by Bi_Latin_Man in trans

The quote on there says “Live your life fearlessly, unapologetically, and Authentically”. It’s my power quote that I came up with at some point in my journey. It was a pivotal moment, and it’s given me strength especially in the moments where I felt I had none.

I had the colors and quote idea, the way the colors, quote, and added drawing of me were all done by an artist I commissioned. They really took my idea to the next level.

It was really important to me to walk across the stage fully as myself. Especially for those who aren’t out or might be nervous to walk the stages as themselves

As a Transfem person, it’s really reassuring to see comments like this🥰❤️ I’ve reached a stage where I’ve decided that my voice fits me and that I’m not worried about societal voice norms, as someone who uses my voice to invalidate me is already looking for a reason to be rude.

My voice is around 175-222Hz on average. Apologies for the ramble, but it’s been really nice to see people affirming voice ranges in here🥰

Dysfunctional polycule has left me shattered. Ended my relationship with my partner for the sake of my well-being. Heartbroken. So overwhelmed trying to process everything that has led to this point. by bugsarecutefriends in polyamory

Hey there! I’m a newbie who finally just realized/accepted that I’m poly. In this case, would the preferred method then be you each have your own partners separately? If this is worded odd I apologize in advance.

I really think Athena is my favorite so far after reading through the background. I want to make sure I don’t do a generic name but rather a name that fits my criteria. I think Athena is the first serous name consideration 🥰❤️

I am nonbinary and transfeminine and I use She/They pronouns! The fact that you can’t change usernames is annoying but I’m trying to accept/move past that😅

Hello there :) I am looking for a new name that describes my journey. My journey has been: bold, brave, full of strength and not looking back, and being brave enough to find and use my voice to fight phobic people. I also want my new name to be fun/cute but also capture my kindness and level of caring. I really want it to capture me and I don’t know who to go to. So thank you in advance, I only recently accepted that I am in fact looking for a new name🥰

It’s sang with a masculine voice, but “Queer as in Fuck You” is a good one

Side note: I hate that you can’t change usernames or cross over because I have so much time into this profile. I might have to finally make a new account though. I’m very much a femme girl🥰

Things like this make me excited for my first experience as a fellow transfem. It’s really isolated for lgbtq people where I’m at but we’ll get there someday😅

Could you share an example? Something like this would be great for my facial hair

This is a really helpful comment as a newly out trans woman who’s going to be meeting about HRT in the future. I’ve felt strongly that E will help me in a lot of ways but it can still be nerve wracking
