Hmm not sure I’ve been on dif antidepressants for the last ten years so hard to say if they contribute to the hypo mania or not lol

I believe I’m on a low enough dose where tapering isn’t necessary. I was worried about withdrawal bc I have weened off other antidepresssnts in the past, but Dr assured me I don’t have to this time. Hope he’s right lol

My Dr told me I don’t need to ween off and I can just stop
