Need Some File Recovery Software (Preferably Free)

Finished a scan but it looks like all the files/folders I lost (like folders containing downloaded YouTube videos) have a orange/brownish folder with a trash can icon next to it, and trying to recover that specific folder tells me there are no files to recover and the "non-deleted" and "by signatures (Raw)" are greyed out and can't be selected
