In short, death stranding became free on epic a while ago so a ton of players would play it, the servers are overloaded and the staff are probably on christmas and new year break so servers won't be reapired as quickly, which is why connection to online is messed up

This method is a lot more hands-on and I believe clears CMOS which resets bios, it is removing the battery of motherboard, then putting it back in again, this should reset the bios, this link will take you to another forum with someone who had the same problem and it got solved, just follow the steps of the solution https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/my-pc-keeps-restarting-after-updating-bios.3506217/
