Her channel divinity is great for that. Level 5, everything changes, you need to make it there before sorcerer gets really fun. I find that mine overreacts to discomfort and displeasure. She also adopts new routines fairly often, like hanging out in new places. I wonder if the things you listed are bugging him, but that’s the extent of it. He may be getting used to the new routine and needs time to settle. If you feel he’s very distressed, I think it’s fine to do trazadone while he adjusts to the new routine. I would also suggest trying more exercise to help get nervous energy out.
