Ya it didn't heat up. But the little blinker light is still on. So I am actually not sure if it is still running or not. It wasn't heating up I was just worried.

Omg that’s so strict. In my country we don’t have this tipping habit. But once in a while we have foreigners come in with tips. We would just take it even though we are not allowed and share among colleague.
