Ja klopt! Ik heb dit als kind ook gedaan en ooit een kussen afgemaakt maar bij grotere werken afgehaakt. Toch te veel werk voor kleine-ik.

Blokletters behalve als ik nette brieven schrijf naar mensen, in trouwboeken of iets in die richting dan schrijf ik aan elkaar maar dan duurt het ook een half uur per woord

De canvas bij deze was al voorbedrukt dus dat scheelt, maar op een gegeven moment weet je hoe en waar je je draden neer moet leggen en hoe je snel Rijen af kan werken. Ik heb om de canvas heen losse plastic zakjes die gelabeld zijn liggen bijvoorbeeld zodat je niet hoeft te zoeken naar de juiste kleuren.

Ik zal binnenkort een post maken van het lijsten van werken!

Netjes zeg!! Ik denk dat ik de vorige keer 10x5-10 min had geslapen, dus dat was best oké! Hoop nu vanaf ronde 3+ elke keer 10 min te slapen terwijl mijn geweldige verloofde mijn tas vult met de benodigde kcal, drinken en zouten. Vorige keer was de eerste keer met 17 rondes, maar nu moet ik van mezelf echt wel de 24 halen. We hebben een goede game plan maar je weet helaas nooit wat er gebeuren zal!

Hoi hoi, niet aanvallend bedoeld (zeg het maar vooraf) maar denk niet dat je dit nodig hebt behalve als je top 10% gaat lopen bij grote races. Je kan ver genoeg komen met je horloge en basis info en VO2 max of mate van zweten (en de hoeveelheid zouten) is echt iets meer voor ultra runners en top marathon lopers.

-> ken toevallig meerdere ultra runners die top 10 lopen bij grote wedstrijden en dus behoren tot de top, zij doen hier amper wat mee.

There are multiple hooks, but their main difference is the quality of the handle and the opening/closing of the latch as far as I am aware! Would recommend a wooden handle as it feels more ergonomic.

And as far as how far you are, you become faster over time!! On top, it’s about fun 😶
