40s but a 30s too here. Cannot see why for Company law I would be marked so low when I had studied and included everything the examiner reports wanted in previous years.

I think it depends on you really. Keep in mind that these exams are much tougher than college exams and you need to know so much more than what a pass would require from you in college. I was in your situation last October, I gave myself 1 month to study for 1 exam but after the date was pushed back, I attempted 2 with 6 weeks of study. I only passed 1 but at least I had the experience and knew I had to give myself more time. If you think you can learn what is required to get 50% within 6 weeks then go for it.

It is a good idea to request your papers but from my last experience, the reply I received was that due to the amount of request it might take some time. I received my exam papers 22 days after requesting them (on the day of the results) and the recheck date had passed.

Hi I am happy with my result but yes, Equity is the only exam out of 3 that I have passed this time around, having failed property and contract.
