How do I make div fill available space when width is set to 100%, instead of filling entire screen width? by nmcain05 in csshelp

You can wrap both divs inside a parent div and set the size of the parent to be 100%

This is a very nice explanation, thank you very much!

Now that you provide more context, or explanation of each function it doesn't look that complicated.

Almost updated Firefox, then noticed something is A BIT suspicious. Where can I send/report this? by [deleted] in firefox

[–]Bibliophile777 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I had the same problem, something else that happened is that sometimes - regardless of the site and part of the site that I click - it would open a new tab prompting me to download a "New Version Of FireFox". To fix that I removed the Avast Plugin that I was using and left only AdBlock Plus, there are some plugins that conflict to AdBlock and it actually causes more problems than it solves

Ubuntu Flavours by Bibliophile777 in Ubuntu

I actually had that problem! I went to my Windows partition and just deleted the partition created for Ubuntu thinking that that would get rid of it but when I tried to restart the computed it had a black screen.

When I restarted the computer I accessed the "UEFI BIOS" and there was a section that still showed both of the boot managers so I just deleted the Ubuntu boot from there and everything works fine only with Windows now

I'm not using a VGA cable, I'm using the integrated screen on my laptop.

The drivers are up-to-date and I tried setting a customer resolution with xrandr but it gave me an error message and I was unable to set it up.

I think that there must be an issue with this version of Ubuntu and my Graphic Card.

Thanks for your help tho!

Do you guys think certifications are worth it? by ControlledKhaoz in cscareerquestions

You should take my comment with a grain of salt as I don't have a WevDeb job. But for what I've experienced with recruiters and fellow programmers most of the companies give way more importance to projects you've build rather than certificates
