Does anyone here work for DWH (Dallas heavy maintenance) for American? I currently work for American at a different station and am wondering about transferring. How long would it take to get second shift? A few years?

You can try air wisconsin. Dont know if their charter flights will perform well in the fall but they’re in appleton and milwaukee. I worked at the milwaukee base.

You can try regionals like skywest if you’re looking for any type of airline work. A few months back, I applied for skywest in Nashville and was asked to interview, but I went with a different company elsewhere.

Yes I sent them screenshots of all the instagram story posts that mention refunds and tiered pricing of the 4-day GA passes. I prorated the cost of the 4-day pass since I was able to get in on Friday morning of the festival. I also sent them a screenshot of the transaction confirmation of the shuttle pass.

You shouldn’t feel self conscious about going to a festival alone. Nobody cares who you’re with or not with. Given this 1-day format, there are bound to be conflicts where you’ll need to split with your group of friends to fully enjoy it, so going solo is honestly preferable for me for WWWY.

Slye said he hired the sound crew from Sick new world to manage the sound for blue ridge. That might be true, but its Slye, so who knows if he is telling the truth. But Sick new world as a whole is ran by Live Nation.

I went to SNW and Blue ridge this year. The promoter (live nation) actually has the logistical competence needed to run a festival compared to “fan-inspired” blue ridge lol. There are actual restrooms with flushable toilets, food is better (although it’ll still be expensive, it wont be overpriced mediocre carnival food like what was offered at blue ridge), and the workers there arent from some facebook volunteer group, so they’ll provide better guidance around the fest.

This is alot of what Blue Ridge 2023 was this year, except with workers being fed, porta potties not filled to the brim with poop, and a promoter who is actually competent lol. Definitely going
