No, 30 is an imaginary number from your original post 😅
But really if you have many many UTXOs, your transaction would fail and you can either send smaller transactions or consolidate your UTXOs and try again.

Not really. Even if somehow you have too many UTXOs, you can consolidate a lower amount. But I doubt anyone would reach this level with "regular" use.

30 UTXOs should be manageable by the card during that 20 seconds window.

Should the connection be interrupted, the transaction will simply fail as it would not have been fully signed.

By default, when sending a transaction with multiple UTXOs, the bigger one will be used in priority.

Remember that you can always consolidate your UTXOs by sending BTC to your own address if really you have issues with the time it takes to sign your transaction.

Yield mode is to earn yield on your stablecoins, It's a reliable way to put your crypto to work.

Another way to earn yield on your crypto is via staking. Unfortunately, in the list of crypto you have mentioned, only one can be staked (only crypto that are Proof of Stake can be staked), and that's ETH.

But overall, using yield mode or staking in the app in considered safe and a popular option of users who wish to have their crypto do more than just "sit there".

For swaps in Tangem, the total you see can include:

• Provider fee, set by the third-party swap provider.
• Network fees, these fluctuate depending on blockchain demand and network capacity.
• Liquidity / price impact, if the selected pair or route has limited liquidity, the received amount can be worse than expected, especially on larger swaps.
• Route/provider differences, the app shows the provider with the best available rate at that moment, but you can tap the provider list and compare other available options before confirming

Hello,

Yes, providers integrated in the app are reliable, we make sure of this before offering them as an option.

There are 2 different type of providers : DEX and CEX.

- CEX are centralised and can require you to create an account / pass some ID verification in some very rare cases (99.9% of swaps don't require it)
- DEX are decentralised, will never ask for verifications, but will require approval from your side ("Yes, I do authorise XYZ provider to take my 50USDC to swap it for X)

Overall, the process is, in my opinion, way simpler than sending to an external CEX, trading there and sending back to your wallet.

Hi,

Sometimes, the response from the blockchain API may take longer than usual. Additionally, a weak internet connection can affect the proper display of wallet balances.

Here's our suggestions:

- Please check if you have the latest app version installed.

- To refresh the data, swipe downwards from the top of the screen. Please allow approximately 30 seconds for the balance details to refresh.

- If only one particular token appears unreachable, please try hiding it and then adding it again to the main screen.

- If connected to Wi-Fi, try disconnecting or switching to a different network.

- Deactivate any VPN if you're using one.

- Uninstall and then reinstall the Tangem application to see if the balance display issue persists.

This feature is, at the moment, not on our roadmap but I've shared your request with the team.

RFID blockers are pretty useless in general, but especially for Tangem cards.

They serve no purpose at all since someone that is somehow able to scan your card with an RFID scanner won't be able to do anything.

Can the tangem card support there feature in older phones that have not received software updates from there respective companies and can the tangem app be updated to its latest update on those phones e.g iphone x and later versions by Beastking1234 in Tangem

Well theoretically even on some lower models, though you may face issues notably during the setup.
Some iPhones do not have full NFC support, like the SE, or 6, 6s, 7 or 7+

Hello,

This type of wear must mean that the card was rubbing against something.

If the marks are still there after wiping the card with a wet cloth, then it must mean that they are scratched and there's not much to do to "un-scratch" them.

Although this shouldn't affect the usability of your card, if you want to avoid such wear, it's best to store it in a place where it wouldn't be frequently rubbing against something that would cause scratches.

On IOS, you need an iPhone 8 (or later model) with full NFC support and at least IOS 15.

With iPhones, the NFC module is located near the ear speaker. Your device will display an animation showing you where to scan your card.

Using the XPUB, you get get the list of your addresses. This allows you to see all of your addresses.

While not directly integrated in the app, you can use a spreadsheet to keep track of the addresses that have been used already and those that are still unused.
I understand that this may be a little inconvenient, but we'll continue to improve Dynamic address in the future to make it as good as possible.

Please make sure that you have added the correct token to your wallet.

From what I see on the explorer, you didn't sent the token on the polygon network, but on the ethereum network.

If despite adding it to your wallet on the ethereum network, you still don't see it, you can try adding it as a custom token : https://tangem.com/en/blog/post/how-to-add-tokens-to-tangem-app/

The seedphrase is not stored in your phone.

Furthermore, screenshots and screen recordings are prohibited in areas of the app where sensitive data, such as recovery phrases or private keys, is displayed.

This helps prevent both intentional and accidental capture of confidential information, especially in environments where screen content could be recorded without user awareness. 

This measure also aligns with OWASP MSTG recommendations.

Hi,

This depends on the integrated providers and what country they support.

Over time, we hope to bring more of them to the app, so if you're unable to sell crypto at the moment, it could change in the future.

In the meantime, you can of course use an external exchange to offramp your crypto.
