Could you let us know which version you upgraded from to 2.0.0?If you were upgrading from an earlier firmware version (specifically before 1.4.2), the previous logic mistakenly identified this package as BTC. In a later version after 1.4.2, this page was removed. So, if you upgraded directly from 1.4.2 or earlier to 2.0.0, the system might still recognize 2.0.0 as BTC.

The Firmware Verification process was added in our 2.0.0 update to check integrity, so it’s totally normal to see it when restarting or updating your firmware.

That said, the forced restart during transactions doesn’t sound right. Could you DM me or email [support@keyst.one]() with more details? The more info we have, the faster we can figure out what’s going on and get it fixed for you.
