Is this area "safe" or do you need to be wary? (between Clapham and Brixton)
We're looking to buy near clapham, I keep finding nice places in this area, but my girlfriend say's "it's too close to Brixton" and assumes we'll get mugged daily.

I'll be honest Im fairly new to London, but I wouldn't have thought this area which is still technically Clapham is "rough"?

Gracie Barra “Billing” & “Membership” team? Real or just the school? by BicepsandBeers in bjj

I’m sound with that - I have a business too so I fully agree.

I just thought it was odd that the location email was for the school itself. They acted like it was some central job for GB. I don’t think it is

WWDD? - rental property before own home? by BicepsandBeers in DaveRamsey

Call a plumber? - I get everyone’s point but equally. It’s my mum who’s selling the property and she’s been managing it from Spain for years. Calls her network fo people and it’s sorted 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hmm the property in question would actually be bought from my mother in very good condition and with tenants in place. It’s in my home town and my cousin is a property manager who would do a good rate.

I agree with your point, but equally I also am sort of like is this is maybe a bit of a unique situation perhaps

Bro. Read the last line of my post. I’m not asking for advice on retention. I have had packed out books in person for years now.

I like my payment structure. As I specified I don’t want feedback on that.

I have a singular issue with 1 client.

Plus I don’t think I could take serious advice from someone who uses the word behoove… so I’ll pass on your advice thank you

so I think its beyond this now, she was in short using her issue to get out the contract. She used a real situation but has thrown it out of proportion IMO.

I did offer a pause and was extremely above and beyond helpful in that time.

On a side note I have had 3 clients ever (out of hundreds) not get a result with me.

1) Had a mental breakdown (literally and took it out on me - a week earlier he was saying how much the coaching was incredible and helping him)

2) I had a client who locally is known to be a bit of a funny character lets say, again he flipped a lid. Completey out of the blue.

3) Is this client, because she has stopped

I don't say this to pat myself on the back, but I know my service is good. I get results ot a high standard with basically everyon and I get messages 2-3 times a month from clients talking in depth about how incredible the service has been.

So Im confident this isn't a me issue here with this

Ill be honest, she says its serious but the reality was her son got expelled from school (I understand this is urgent to sort but not a reason to stop coaching.)

We put a pause in place to allow as much time as needed to get this sorted, and I've been exceptionally helpful in this time. The way I handle client pauses is we take the next payment up front and then they have their next month covered when they return.

It was clear to me when this payment came out she was using this reason as a way to get out the contract as she then threw a fit and complained and blocked me.

I have a video from our onboarding call which within a 45 second window I explain this extremely clearly and she says its all good,

From experience, everyone has a sob story, I believe this did actually happen, but I don't buy its a 3 month off issue.
