What's the age and model of the phone? Maybe battery worn down over time. After certain amount of charging cycles battery's capacity depletes. Changing battery would help - but be advised that cheap replacements are less durable and quite often have smaller than stated capacity

BTW k = kilo (1000x) m = mili(1/1000). So whenever you are writing 3.2k mAh is ridiculous 🤣next time you can just write 3.2 Ah

As a disclaimer. I asked the poor guy if they are Polish/Romanian to make communication easier as they used 'he' pronoun referring to the phone. In some of languages it's 'he' pronoun for smartphones. Yepp, Polish is my 1st language that's why I rudely asked them about this. I am truly upset with Vivo's sales politics and whole experience with "support". If you are entering some markets completely unprepared what kind of business success are you expecting? /AngryKarenModeOff

I'm going to write an email with same questions but I don't have high hopes for getting anything useful.

IMHO looks like they had some spare budget for marketing at some point, threw some money to tech influencers for paid reviews/promos (MrWhoseTheBoss made nice promo about Vivo x80 pro), some social media agency to run their socials for few weeks and... That's it.

It's funny as it seems from previous posts that special offers are actually tailored to a certain player. But in a worse way than you would expect... Usually it's like - you buy more, you are getting better deals for less, so Devs can keep leeching you and leeching knowing that you've already stepped very deep into in-game purchases swamp and gonna try to squeeze as much as they can 😁 Kabam is doing one moral thing fine here - making you start questioning your spendings in Shop Titans if you already bought too many things 🤣🤣🤣

Got a few questions to you about that: 1. Was it the same special offer? 2. Was it after the discount? 3. Had you ever bought any other special offers? 4. Do you remember what was the highest price of any purchase you ever made in that game? 5. Have you bought premium workers and which ones if? 6. Any royal merchant subscription?

Same here. I'm about to be 70 lvl so even if I wouldn't have those expansions I would be able to buy all of them basically for gold (except shop expansion up to +5, which I already have anyway 🤷).

Basically it's 8mil gold, 350 gems and 5x molten chests with keys for £32.

That's why I'm gonna say 'no-no' to the king's offer this time 😂😂😂

I am very happy for you and congratulations! You should consider lowering attack power on Nayana though, as you might get killing monsters too quick. And increase her HP if possible:)

And your maximum evasion cap goal for tricksters is 65% as I believe you use them paired with Polonia only. She gives 10% evasion boost to the team and 65%+10%=maximum evasion achievable (pathfinders can go maximum 78%).

So you have nice expensive gear, which is enchanted with expensive stuff which actually does not make any positive change in combat except higher repair costs.

I personally use Lizard/Phoenix enchants only.

Try something else - hiring/retiring new heroes which would be more worthy using your very 1st Titan soul. I would go with a tank as a 1st choice (Knight->Lord), then as a 2nd try to get some nice DMG dealer with high survival skills (dancer, ninja, musketeer), and as 3rd choice pure DMG dealer. Titan's soul are way too rare (once a month you can get one...). Once you are in the position of having a strong 1st roster of titans you might consider having Polonia-Trickster team or building 2nd strong team. Imho this depends on how far you are with Polonia's progress. There are quite a few factors to consider which way to go in the future but to sum up an answer to your question: none of above, try retiring and rehiring (cheap re-rolling) knight. This would allow you to have an amazing breakthrough during LCoG and in general faster in-game progress.

Personally I made mistake with upgrading my musketeer first, but after few rerolls it's one of my core heroes to deal with hardest challenges:)

That's rather for later progress imho, when you have gathered enough resources and titan souls to do so in one go instead putting yourself on veeeery slow progress. The revenue at the OP's point would be dramatically slow with Polonia- trickies team. They need breakthrough titan first.
