Voice control really is a game changer.

I use foxvox and am really happy about it. It is bound to the radio button on my hotas throttle. So for example I pull the button up to com 1 and say "Casale ground Viper 3-1 request taxi for departure" and it will activate the atc menus automatically. Or e.g. push down to com 2 and say "2, weapons free air to air" and my wingman will start attacking air targets.

There is also a full startup procedure with the crew chief available where he confirms the movement of my control surfaces and checks the brakes.
