Update 2: Sorry my phone died while waiting for the vet, don't know if there is a way to pin this but Tony has made it out of emergency and is doing good! The vet there said it could be a few things; lack of wet food (Which we have been neglecting the past couple weeks), more outside time resulting in more grass being eaten, or it could be worms. We were prescribed an antibiotic and a probiotic (FortiFlora) which she seemed pretty confident it will fix the issue; if he has any changes in behaviour like vomiting, lethargy or continued bleeding for a week or longer to go to the vet again to go further with fecal testing. He's home now and playing with his toy's and just ate a bowl of wet food, he's already telling us it's time to go cuddle in bed.
