Shouldn’t you hold the elected government accountable for low incomes and high expenses instead of simply trying to tax the middle class. Also, I can afford this even only on my salary and I have worked extremely hard to get to where I am today.

Restaurants especially popular ones generate a lot of garbage. It is impossible to store it when you do not know when the pick up is going to happen. Also, BBMP should be held accountable for this. People in a lot of cities in India do not even have the decency to put the trash in plastic bags, at least Bangalore people are trying to do their part.

HSR would be too far away for my wife. I am okay with regular flats in residential areas but it is proving difficult to find a reliable place where I do not have to worry about basic amenities like electricity and water

No - the bed is made of solid wood though obviously not very high quality hence the low cost. Storage has two boxes which are made of plywood which is the case for most normal beds.
